Jan 31, 2009 · I told the guy that was ridiculous, and called RC Willey. Their customer service told me I could not return the t.v. because if was over their 14 day return policy, but she could be me a loaner. Of course, they didn't have any loaner t.v.s because they were all part of the clearance sale, but she would call me if one came available.
