Problem was, I definitely returned that movie the next day as it was always been the case every time I rent at Redbox. Customer service claimed that the system showed that the dvd was returned only after 25 days later. Even I did nothing wrong, I still got charged $24.99 with NO appeal. From hereon, Redbox loses another customer.

I haven't been able to contact the company yet, but after reading some of the other complaints on this site, I've come to the conclusion that Redbox is intentionally making unauthorized charges on people's accounts with the hopes that the will not notice them. I will never rent from Redbox again!

Geez with all the driving to the kiosk to get the DVD then driving to return it, then dealing with billing issues, plus the actual rental fee it's costing about $3 a night to rent, just pay for On Demand from cable for $5 or join netflix.

On October the 5th Redbox withdrew money from my account. Redbox withdrew the amount of $58.51 from my account. My son wanted to rent a video game called Destiny 2 when it came out, but when we went to rent the game we received an empty case with NO game inside, so I called Redbox immediately from the Redbox and told them.
