I had a problem with the railings at the front of my house. Hannah from customer services was very persistent in arranging for this to be repaired. She regularly kept me up to date as to the progress. The railings have now been repaired to a high standard. Really delighted with Redrow customer services and particularly Hannah.

We have already had an introduction to our customer service and site manager, who will look after us once we have completed. We really can't wait to move in. Redrow have built such nice looking houses with beautiful woodland, playparks and greenspaces everywhere.

I'm sorry I came across this question late. We have had a Redrow home for 3 years and it's been horrendous and their customer care, build quality, workmanship of contractors they send to fix things has been awful. I want to ensure no one else suffers the stress and cost of this! Hope you found a nice house and had no problems.

After an unexpected leak through the kitchen ceiling, Redrow’s Ben (technician) appeared at the door within 10 minutes of me calling customer care. Ben spent several hours sorting the issue out and is due to come back in a week. I felt Ben went over and above today and have no complaints. 5 star service from Ben. Thank you
