Snapfish has refused to give me a refund, insisting I needed to change the lightness or darkness of the photo. The actual issue was with printing clarity, not contrast. They were professionally taken photographs that we paid good money for and have had not problems with until now.

Very poor service. Prices in the internet are not the actual price you need to pay. We were quoted £308 on snapfish website but when we came to book the actual cost was £410 - for the same property, David was and duration. Needless to say we haven’t booked. Appalling and deceptive.
