Oct 11, 2017 · The complaint indicates the price kept dropping during the presentation. Therefore, it can be assumed there are certain restrictions on the Member's class of membership. The Member probably has insufficient points to reserve the more desirable segments of the year, and thus it is difficult to find a renter at the right price.

My wife and I purchased a timeshare in 2009 from Resortcom International LLC in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It was a huge mistake. We were lied to and mislead from the very beginning. Resortcom has cheated us out of thousands of dollars.To this day, we still have not been able to use our timeshare.

Jun 13, 2011 · I wish to file a formal complaint against ResortCom International LLC. ResortCom International LLC employees misrepresented a severe amount of information on my contract. It was based on their lies and deceitful sales tactics that I made this purchase. Had I been made aware of the true terms of this contract, I would never have made this purchase.
