Mar 17, 2008 · If Restons are handling the case I'm not quite sure what happened. The original letter I got from Debt Clear Recoveries and Investigations said that "the debt is now owned by us" If that is the case how can Restons be acting for MBNA if they no longer own the debt ?? I have had no notification that the debt has changed hands from Debt Clear.

Re: Restons Solicitors / Arrow Global I would leave it until it has been stayed for a month and then consider an application to the court to strike out the claim. This would mean writing to the claimant first and serving a copy of the application on them.
