FlorinDr - Buying the tickets is just the first part of the process when dealing with the online vendors. Don't be too confident until you actually arrive in Rio and pick up you tickets in person. The big problems in the past have been orders lost or getting the wrong tickets which you won't find out about until the tickets are available the week before the parades.

I was a 'victim' of Rio-Carnival.net this year and had read a number of times before that their awful service was down to seasonal workers - however my first hand experience does not bear this out.Once you place an order with Rio-Carnival.net the SAME person replies (not answers!) to all messages and also to all emails to their sales line.

TTinBKK--Sadly, yours is too often a familiar story about Sambadrome tickets. In my estimation, Rio-Carnival.net is far more than careless and unreliable: it's shockingly incompetent. I'm sorry you had such an unfortunate experience; hope the rest of your time in Rio was memorable for all the right reasons.
