Jan 03, 2007 · You can call the Animal Control and put in a complaint. Also talk to other neighbors about complaining, because unless they get MULTIPLE complaints, they won't do anything. I hate people who don't take care of their dogs and don't do anything about their poor dog's barking. The other solution is to train them through the fence. This is really hard.

But if the dog is barking all day long while you are at work, you might want to help the situation. Hire a dog walker to pick-up and exercise the dog and put it back in your home.
