When I tried to use the 'On-Demand' services for which I had fully subscribed, these did not work. When I called BT customer service for help I was bounced around from one person to another (this was not only frustrating in itself, but more so because the people you employ to help your customers don't have sufficient grasp of the English language to listen, understand and respond appropriately.
