When I tried to use the 'On-Demand' services for which I had fully subscribed, these did not work. When I called BT customer service for help I was bounced around from one person to another (this was not only frustrating in itself, but more so because the people you employ to help your customers don't have sufficient grasp of the English language to listen, understand and respond appropriately.

The supervisor did not seem to think it was a big deal that the agent, a team leader at that, bypassed a couple steps in protocol to give me this access. Not only is the customer service bad, but the phone service is not stable.20%

The guys in India are great and I have nothing bad to say about them but is there some reason I need to sit on a phone 45 minutes waiting to speak to the representative?
