I am sure it costs a lot less to pay for your car alarm to be desensitised then it would cost if the person were fined for the car alarm constantly going off, but, it's their problem if they get fined, maybe that's what it takes for some people to learn their lesson.

I need to take the time to contact Council Member Cris Medina about making the Medical Center area a quiet zone. Your issue is barking dogs. My issue is amplified sound. The people driving around blasting their stereos, don't seem to have respect for others.
