Oct 19, 2013 · We ordered an Ifrared sauna from this company which was delivered to us in terrible condition. There were so many things wrong with it that we asked for our money back and they refused. They initially gave us a discount because of the known cosmetic defects, but after only two weeks of use, wood started cracking and breaking away from a main panel and cracking at the top of the sauna.
