Aug 30, 2010 · I have one on a Savage Model 12 -- I have put about 700 rds through the rifle over the last three summers. I like it. I don't notice that much difference from any other trigger. Because of the built-in safety feature in the accu-trigger, I believe Savage makes it so that the pull weight can be taken down to 1-1/2 lbs or so.

Although I’m not a big fan of the safety blade, the trigger itself is light and crisp. It comes set at 3 lbs, but it’s easily adjusted with the supplied tool all the way down to 1.6 lbs.

Apr 13, 2014 · The trigger was heavy but crisp, no complaints there really for a hunting gun and trigger work is straightforward just as it was on the pre-accutrigger Savage 110s/Stevens 200. The scope mount hole quality issue aside, I still think the Stevens/Savage 200 was a better gun. I have one of those as well and it'll shoot with any high dollar gun I have.
