Jun 07, 2019 · I am having the same problems with the Santa Barbara Tax Group.They are holding up my tax refund for no good reason. It is almost impossible to make contact with them. If you Google them and their relationship to TurboTax there are hundreds of complaints regarding their holding on to tax payers refunds for nebulous and nefarious reasons.
