Jun 07, 2019 · The $20 fee is a bank charge by SBTPG's bank for the failed direct deposit and the issuance of a paper check in the mail. That is a bank fee administered by SBTPG for processing the returned funds, producing and mailing a check.. I don't know why they told you to call TurboTax, since it is not a TurboTax fee, but a bank fee.
