Scotrail Customer Relations saga… Just completed a saga with trying to get Scotrail Customer Relations to address a couple of issues I had. After submitting the original complaint it took 4 further emails back and forth to get them to address the questions.

Scotrail staff are rude and… Scotrail staff are rude and condescending. Trains are unreliable, many are delayed and/or cancelled. Many staff on board the train are accommodating and have time to answer your questions but gate line staff are horrible (particularly glasgow central).
