I travel a lot and I have had a lot of problems with ScotRail but their customer service does seem to be improving especially in stations. Always room for improvement but I must say over the last 3/4 months the customer service of station staff has definitely improved.

Having to travel using the Scotrail… Having to travel using the Scotrail service for work 5 days a week seems great to start with, just pretty expensive for the service you get!! Customer service is a joke, forget about it if you want to make a complaint cause a could swear they always come to nothing.
