Jan 10, 2009 · Very unfortunately you are suffering from the lack of resourses that Screwfix put into dealing with non delivery complaints. My experience is that is something is missing from a delivery they sort it out quickly and efficiently. However, when the problem is with their couriers then it can be a very long and difficult experience.
