Eventually we settled on a sofa and a sales person came and sat with us and the sofa was ordered with no up-selling pressure. We were so satisfied that we purchased a new lounge carpet as well. We will use ScS next time we need a sofa or carpet.

I purchased carpets for all of my upstairs in Jun 18.I noticed in November 19 that my carpet was falling apart starting to get holes.Then i moved my daughters bed to find the carpet had come up.Called SCS and they said a inspector would be out to have a look.He looked took photos etc and told me that i should not worry they would be all replaced to avoid it happening in other rooms.
