We have had the Sears Home Warranty for 2 year now. Our Hot water heater stopped working on 8/21, which is 8 days ago.He called on that same day to get someone to come out and check the unit, we kept getting the run around from Sears saying they contacted service providers and they have to go through a 3rd party service to locate someone for us.1.6/5
