So now 60+ hours later we have been without water. Sears has been paid for the installation of a new water heater to replace their defective one. We received a call this morning saying they would send a plumber to install the water heater between 1 & 4PM today. After being put off for three days, we are doubtful this will happen.

Not only did it take them over four days to install it with two different teams, but now the pipes that they installed are leaking.
