Oct 15, 2004 · We purchased windows from Sears about ten years ago. When we agreed to get theses windows SEARS offered a lifetime guarantee. We never recieved the guarantee at this time but up until about two years ago we had SEARS replace and fix some of the windows in our house.

They were all custom made to 1/16", the low-E coating is baked into the glass, 100% Argon gas, PVB seal between the panes of glass instead of rubber, and it always stays in place, no more propping it open with a stick.3.4/5(2)

We had Sears siding put on our house and it's visually a mess. People just shake their heads when they see it. Some of the vinyl planks aren't long enough, we have 3 rows of 1/2 " trim to cover up a long span by the entry door, some of the siding bows out, there's shiny areas on the vinyl, some of the trim is not long enough and the edges curl up, etc. Geez, it's a mess and Sears would never ...1/5(4)
