I had windows installed from sears last year, but only upstairs because I could not afford the whole house . I am still paying for them!! The quality of the windows are wonderful and my heating bill has gone down enormously. My complaint is with the office staff who were extremely rude and obnoxious especially when something went wrong.

Oct 15, 2004 · My mother almost lost her hands due to these windows. SEARS does not stand behind their windows, and their windows are very dangerous. Imagine if that was a child opening that window, that child probably would not be alive today. This is a very serious matter that SEARS must deal with.

The local Sears installation department does show it's been canceled but no credit has been issued. We have called every number we can possibly think of and we get nothing. We want to use this credit card to purchase windows else where and this is ridiculous. The Sears people in the Oklahoma area are crooked.
