I have no personal experience with any of those pills. However, Seasonique is 0.15mg levonorgestrel and 0.03mg ethinylestradiol, then 7 yellow tablets with a lower dosage of 0.01mg of ethinylestradiol instead of a break week or completely inactive pills. Seasonale is exactly the same, but the 7 day break is completely inactive.
