If complainant was told that SecurityMetrics does not have the right to provide services to merchants, then SecurityMetrics would request the contact information of the person or entity that made this tortious comment to the complainant.

They have charged me for "compliance" and I don't take credit cards, though some of the companies I do work for do. I don't like Security Metrics.
