I've been a VIB Rouge customer for years and Sephora has not improved on their 2-day flash shipping. While the flash shipping is free for VIB Rouge members, I still expect the timeline to not be different from a paying Sephora customer for the expedited shipping. If they are presenting the shipping as 2 days, it should be 2 days.
