I was searching for class action lawsuits against Servepro because I believe they have unfair pricing. My finished basement flooded and I needed help drying out the carpet and drywall. They never pumped any water out. They dropped off two dehumidifiers and six fans and left them for 5 days. They also said they sprayed some chemical to prevent mold.
