Today I found a charge for $10 debited by Shopper discounts and rewards and called my bank because I didn't recall any transaction for this amount and since I do lots of internet shopping was difficult to identify the company that was billing and to my surprise by calling the number in my bank statement it was anounced to me that I was a member and gave me the option to cancel "my membership".
