@carrie055_10, if you have booked a holiday through silverpoints then i think that you have booked a promotional holiday, but all you need to do is not answer the door when they knock, Rather than e-mail palm beach, as e-mails go to them, e-mail silverpoints, there office is just outside of palm beach I'm not sure of the e-mail address though.
