Jan 05, 2018 · I received several emails from Sirius that they couldn’t bill my credit card because it was expired. I didn’t have an auto-renewal on the account and when I purchased the service, I paid for 3 years. Two years into the service they are saying they need to bill me to renew it, which was what the auto-renewal bill was for.

Complaint / review text: I am a different one who'd dirty deals with Sirius XM. Our child decided on a Sirius radio on her birthday. I had been informed at that time that I'd to cover a few months at $12.89 per month for that support. I did so. This was 4/3/11, so my service should have gone to 7/3/11.
