SIXT - doesn't surprise me you had a bad experience with them. I've said it many times before - book with the mainstream car rental companies.I have been a member of TA for 5.5 years and have yet to read a complaint about the mainstream companies, while there are many complaints about non main stream.

Identity theft - I got only standard excuses !! A couple of weeks ago, I had a very shocking experience with SIXT.
