Identity theft - I got only standard excuses !! A couple of weeks ago, I had a very shocking experience with SIXT. While being at work in Copenhagen, Denmark, an email from SIXT arrived in by inbox confirming the pick-up of a brand-new BMW in Frankfurt using my name, address and email-address, which I am sure you can understand is a rather unpleasant scenario.

It's true, try to stay away from Sixt. They are a fraudulent company and will try to scam you every chance they get. I rented a car this past christmas and didn't take the full insurance. All went well, the car was returned outside of their office hours (a service they provide). A bill came in the mail a few days later.
