Terrible broadband and customer service I've had Sky for over a year now, the broadband speed is nowhere near the advertised speed. I've tried complaining and written to Ofcom but no luck. I'm not sure how they do it but if you test the speed on your phone it looks okay, but anything else the speed is a fraction of the advertised speed.

Sky Broadband is advertised at "up to 17Mb", and my current download speed (0.23Mbps) and upload speed (0.59Mbps) fall within the "up to" but rather short of my expectations - particularly as all I have done to destroy my internet connection is to have my broken down sky box replaced and agree to a new 12 month contract.

On the 30th of January we upgraded from the old Sky Fibre Unlimited to the new Superfast but I'm still waiting for the increase, it's still connecting at the usual 32mb/8mb it always has on the sky hub. Does the upgrade happen in line with the next bill on the 12th of February?
