    My situation is this We have been a sky customer for 16 years in October this year we lost connection with on demand, and top picks but we could still record programmes, Sky said it was our internet connection but BT our internet provider could find nothing wrong, in the end we decided to take Sky's advice and update our box to a sky q box. we paid £200 on 8th October.
