I was eventually told HOURS later that the sky.com website must be switched to the sky.ireland website first, then go into my sky, make a complaint but choose tv and other sky services. Under the 0818 no. is the small blue link that says Email Us. Use that link. Seriously it couldn't be more convoluted to find.

Oct 20, 2010 · Never had a problem with getting resolution through sky complaints, got my first Sky+ box FOC some years ago after a complaint about service, got that upgraded to an HD box free when HD started after complaining and the following year got 12 months free HD subs after complaining.

Appalling standard of service. Sky TV signal kept dropping out for several days prior to Xmas 2019. Rang on 22nd December 2020 and after some time on the phone and speaking to several people told that an engineer would call on 2nd February 2020 (six weeks later).

really enjoyed my time working for sky Ireland, only left when they finished up with the venue team. Sky was a great place to work with a very good commission structure and benefits like pension plan, share scheme etc. management were very good as were trainers the only downside was the lack of progression opportunities outside of Dublin. i would recommend working for sky3.6/5(43)
