Jan 07, 2012 · I agree that they should be better supervised than they are. I have always had this one lady do my hair and she is a manager of Smart style.. I went in and got my hair cut don't know if she was having a bad day or what. She cut my hair WAY shorter than normal and when I went to check out, she had charged me 3.oo bucks for a blow dry.
