DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a multi-city itinerary with SmartFares because it gave me the best flight options for the best price, they gave me a reservation number. Two days went by and my booking was not confirmed when I wrote to them about this, they said the price had changed and I had to pay about +$300 if I still wanted this booking to be confirmed.

I used smartfares.com and had a terrible experience. I bought tickets to Las Vegas from Sacramento for my parents, but when I checked the charges to my account an hour later, the tickets were from San Diego to Florida and I had charges from Air France.
