Sep 25, 2008 · Every, and I mean every, SmartPost is delayed at least 3-4 days from the projected delivery date. Straight FedEx is never a problem. Instead of SmartPost either straight FedEx or straight USPS is better and packages don't sit for long periods of time.

Mar 03, 2008 · It turns out that this Smartpost or rather Stupidpost is where FedEx sends the item to USPS, then USPS delivers it to you. I contact both FedEx and USPS and they have no idea where the packages are. USPS goes on further to tell me that I have more information than they even do.Reviews: 277

Feb 24, 2017 · In 98% of the cases, FedEx assumes no responsibility since the package is delivered to the postal service. The complaints are generally with the postal service and how they deliver mail. I know personally how they deliver mine and I can tell you that 10% of my mail never gets delivered or gets delivered to the wrong address.
