Jan 18, 2019 · Even the girls i work with now, are just trashy. They completly misrepresent everything that SmartStyle and the Regis corporatioon stand for. It is disgusting and if you have a complaint or have had a bad service done on yourself, let someone know. Every salon has a customer service notice posted behind the register, call the number.

Several weeks ago I had a perm and hair cut at Smart Style. I t is a disaster. She talked and talked and put a solution on my hair and it was burning my scalp I told her It was burning and she said it was a new product and ignored me. she rolled my hair and sat me in a chair and went to get something to drink leaving me in the salon as there was no one else there.

The $13 was for four people. The mother and one daughter chose to have their hair dripping wet because the youngest daughter who is in my daughter's sixth grade class does not like the heat and is scared of having her hair blow dried. I have a feeling that this complaint has more to do with my daughter and her daughter not getting along.
