When there are issues within a salon it is not only the complainants job to complain, but it is then handed to the area supervisor to assure that customer that the issue is resolved. May 07, 2009 · The SmartStyle hair salon is separate from Wal-Mart, just as if there was a McDonald's or Subway operating within the store. What you should do is this. The next time you go to Wal-Mart, make it a point to get the 800 number from the window of the SmartStyle.
