Coast Dental, aka SmileCare in Folsom California has overbilled me twice. The first time was for approximately 1100.00 and I had to fight with them for months to get a refund. I fought with the corporate office and after about 6 months or so they refunded my money.

May 12, 2006 · Check out Smilecare, Gateway Dental, and Summit Dental on the Better Business Bureau's website. Looks like Smilecare has a "satisfactory record" with BBB in spite of having 37 complaints in the last 36 months and 18 complaints in the last 12 months - but they satisfactorily resolved all of those complaints which gives them a satisfactory rating I guess.
