Awful books (hardcover) Awful. Books were all damaged in the post, but also rip on the inside when you open them as the pages break from the cover, I had tried to communicate with customer service several times before going ahead with my order to make sure my images were correct etc-well they have come out terrible quality with a green tinge.

Very poor service. Prices in the internet are not the actual price you need to pay. We were quoted £308 on snapfish website but when we came to book the actual cost was £410 - for the same property, David was and duration. Needless to say we haven’t booked. Appalling and deceptive.
