I tried SogoTrade for the low prices a few years ago, but the Customer Service was pretty lax and they had other issues. However, I was recently on the lookout for a new brokerage to try (about 3-4 months ago) and read some very mixed review of them still, but decided to give them another shot. I couldn't be more happy with them this time around.
