Hello, I have some problems with receiving an order from SCF, an order that is now 3 years old. SCF is a great company with great products however this seems to be a problem. I have sent a number of emails from various addresses (in case 1 was blocked for whatever reason) but do not receive any replies. The last reply I got was over a year ago which said that the order would be shipped shortly.

Mar 14, 2016 · I have been doing business with Spacecraft Films for years. I ordered 3 DVDs from them last October and was charged on my credit card immediately! I order items all the time via the internet and assumed these DVDs were shipped to my home. I turns out they were never sent.
