Feb 25, 2019 · I have been a customer of sparkletts water for almost 9 years. Twice they have billed me for a payment that they did not receive from a year ago. There billing always reflects a past due amount and when you bring the account to what you think is a zero balance per their customer service, they still show a past due balance.Author: Dinamit

The biggest problem Sparklets has is a woman named Pam that handles accounts. I've found the customer service from the delivery people great and considerate. Unfortunately Pam has caused many problems with Sparklets and cost them customers. If anything, Supervisors need to rectify the problems this woman causes.
