Cons. Decision making is often slow. Departments don't communicate or share well so there is replication of work which can get frustrating. Salary was lower than market and the company wasn't willing to negotiate much at all.5/5

I lost my glasses when I was travelling in Poland, I made an emergency appointment because I need to fly long haul again to hk, i explained to the staffs about my urgent situations, At first they were honest, they said they might not be able to help me because of the short time, usually takes about 2 weeks.

What I learned from my time as a dispenser for Specsavers was that the company itself was quite happy to pass all complaints and grievances to the franchisees-irrespective if they were the source of the complaints. I stopped using Specsavers for a few… I stopped using Specsavers for a few years, because the lady who did eye test was rude and condescending, she had messed up my prescription and refused to apologize, as far she was concerned it wasn’t her fault, and continued to insist the prescription was correct, I binned the glasses and went to another optician who re did my eye test and got it right.
