Nov 11, 2018 · Had a couple of problems with specsavers opticians in Bristol. The worst was a few months ago when they managed to put the lenses the wrong way around in my glasses which led to my suffering a week of migraines. I did not even get an apology for this.

Her prescription had changed slightly but she was told that even though she had hardly used her specs in the last 2 years, she could not just have the lenses replaced but needed to buy frames too.
