The last time I was as disgusted as I am right now with Sprint was back when Nextel/Sprint released the Nextel Blackberry and it was a disaster, I had so many problems with it that I emailed the President at the time Daniel Hesse and I received a call from his office or so I was told and they tried to keep me as a customer and I stayed.
