This is very similar to the problems I have been having with STA Travel. It seems that once they have your money they really don't care about service, or if you even fly anywhere successfully. Their complaints procedure is a total shambles and they basically ignored every point I had made.

I used STA and my travel guide was… I used STA and my travel guide was called Joe Saunders from the Oxford branch. He was absolutely fab, really good at communicating through phone and email, and got me some really good travel deals for my gap year. The oxford branch are really organised and friendly, would highly recommend.
