Jan 19, 2019 · And what Andrew deems "pertinent" is obviously in their favour. I specifically asked for their head of customer services and apparently thats all that STA Travel has, a call centre and have no designated Head of Customer Services. Maybe its time to get one, judging by reviews i have read.

Just wanted to give a review of the Indochina Emcompassed tour that I booked through STA travel. I have to say it was the trip of a lifetime! The tour guides were fantastic and knew lots of places of interest that made you feel part of the culture.
